Nilesh Italiya, founder and CEO, dropped out of college and started learning the craft of diamond manufacturing and dealership from whomever that was willing to share the knowledge.

Slowly making his way up the ladder, in 1996, he decided to penetrate Thailand's diamond market for the company he worked for.

He created strong relationships with his clientele and decided to open his own company.
